Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Bank Transfer into our company account
Cash Payment on the day of the Job.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
All are Jobs are charged on an hourly rate per cleaner attending the job, our base charge for Bond, Move In and Sold Move Out cleans on our Homepage are the minimum charge per job. All Hours required in addition to the minimum clean is at $55.00 per hour per cleaner. We are very happy to quote you for your job at your request based on the work you require us to do , and size of the property. Can You do some of the Work Yourself
We are very happy to work with your budget and if you wish to carry out some of the tasks yourself, we are happy to cover cleaning of whatever tasks you require of us.
However we can only guarantee our own work carried out at the property.
Can I Book My Carpets to be Cleaned
We ourselves do not carry out steam cleaning of carpet, however we have some very reliable and affordable Carpet Cleaning Companies whom we work with on a regular basis. We can make a booking for them to come and steam clean the carpets, after we have completed the other cleaning work to be done at the property.
Carpets should be the last area to be done at the property and not the first area which some people haphazardly book first, we then have to charge further fees due to the carpets getting dirty again during their relocation.
